Parents: Maito Gai and Tsunade.
Tsugai is a kid who, despite having no friends and being liked by practically not a soul, is completely and utterly confident in his ability to be awesome and give wedgies. Growing up with two people who solved their problems by punching each other through walls, he has no understanding of the ability to think before you act. However, he's also been told to not keep in your emotions. This makes him extremely suspectable to behaviour like punching someone in the face, then crying and apologizing a moment later. He's definitely a bully, and likes installing a set of self-rules not only for himself, but everyone around him. He likes declaring anyone as his rival, as this gives him the chance to beat the crap out of people.
Tsugai has an amazing amount of potential, but he's definitely uncofused on the type of self-betterment training his Father had. Instead, he lacks discipline and indulges in more self-serving behaviour to his ego rather than talent, such as picking on younger, less talented people instead of training himself to be better. Because of this, half of his talent goes to waste. So far.
He's a romantic at heart, who constantly wants a girlfriend or companion. He plays the violin(unknown to most of the kids), and enjoys waltzing, botany,star-gazing, and sculpting. A secretly sensitive boy who wants to be a medic because he's afraid to kill, and who wants friends but is afraid of rejection. He has a drinking problem at a young age, and already indulges in obsessive bets and compulsive gambling. He's also a bit stupid, the poor dear :(
